CSSP is a non-profit and non-governmental organisation based in Berlin with the mission to assist community leaders in post-crisis areas to resolve their inter-community conflicts through dialog, trust-building, and negotiation, using the principles and tools of Integrative Mediation. The organization builds on a long Norwegian tradition of informal diplomacy, and work closely with the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA).
